Signal Mountain Loop 1.27.15

The Loop!  The day started out overcast and grey, but the sun soon came out and it turned into a very nice day for a very nice hike.  Everyone enjoyed themselves on this 4.7 mile hike.  I would rate the hike as moderate.  If you would like to see a few pictures, click here or on the signal mountain tab above.

Oswald Mtn. 1.24.15

1.24.15     The weather was fine on this eight mile hike in the snow.  After the first mile the group ran into about one inch of snow.  This made the hike a little treacherous.  One of the hikers had never hiked in the snow before.  I would rate this hike as strenuous.  For a few pictures, click here or on the Oswald Dome tab above.
