Soddy Gorge

2.2.2011 Randy, Nance Jo, George, Bob.  It was a bit chilly today.  It wasn't so bad when the wind was not blowing, but when you were walking into the wind, it did make your eyes water.  We had a nice snack at about the halfway point and continued on.  George found a really pretty little waterfall off of the trail and we enjoyed looking at it.  Randy came down from the Nashville area to join us and we really enjoyed his company.  He is an avid hiker and told us of many trails that he had hiked.  Total distance 5.2 miles.
