Stringer's Ridge

12.15.11  Nance Jo, McBob, Earl  We decided to take a short Thursday hike.  The weather was threatening, but remained dry.  We found out that a lot of work has taken place on Stringer's Ridge.  There were a lot of flags from Trail Dynamics.  Evidently this company has been contracted to evaluate the ridge and suggest improvements.  We had a very nice hike and even though we had been there many times in the past, we found a new trail that lead down to street level.  The hike was only about 2.5 miles and rated as easy.  For a few pictures click here or go to the Stringer's Ridge tab above.
