Sluder Lane to Big Soddy Creek

7.27.13    We had a beautiful day for this fairly strenuous hike. It was cloudy. The hike was measured at 6.9 miles. We had 8 hikers. Bridge work is going on at both the Deep creek and the Big Soddy creek crossings. Temporary bridges are across both creeks and bridge footer work has begun at both sites.  For a couple of pictures click on the Sluder Lane tab above.
